Care Pack Pharmacy supports NHS patients, carers and families with repeat prescription support, medication support, free prescription delivery and day-to-day pharmacy help.

We aim to make regular medicines easier to manage with clear communication, organised support and convenient ways to stay on top of repeat prescriptions.

NHS SERVICES

How we support NHS patients



Our pharmacy supports patients, carers and families with practical day-to-day help for repeat prescriptions, medicine routines, new medicine support and general pharmacy queries.

No services


Free prescription delivery

We offer free prescription delivery to help patients receive their regular medicines more conveniently.


Please contact our team if you would like to discuss the most suitable arrangement.


Repeat prescription support

Patients can request repeat prescriptions through our website or app, where available, and can nominate Care Pack Pharmacy for ongoing prescription support.


Patients can also ask their GP surgery to update their nominated pharmacy.


New Medicine Service


If you have recently started a new medicine for certain long-term conditions, our pharmacist may be able to support you through the NHS New Medicine Service, where eligible.

This service helps patients understand their new medicine and ask questions about how to take it.


Medication trays where appropriate

Medication trays may help some suitable patients manage routine medicines more clearly.


Where a tray is not suitable, original-pack supply may be more appropriate and we will advise.


Healthy living and self-care support

We can provide practical support and signposting to help patients make informed choices about healthier living and day-to-day self-care.


NHS health information

Patients can access helpful NHS health information on symptoms, conditions, treatments and self-care through our website.

How to get started


1. Nominate or contact us
   You can nominate Care Pack Pharmacy for your prescription support or contact our team if you are unsure what to do.


2. We review your request
   Our pharmacy team will review your prescription needs and explain the next steps clearly.


3. We prepare your medicine
   Once a valid prescription is received and clinically checked, we will prepare your medicine for supply.


4. We arrange delivery
   We offer free prescription delivery and will advise on suitable delivery arrangement.

With organised repeat prescription support, local delivery arrangements where available, medication trays where appropriate and practical help when medicines are difficult to source, our team works to make your pharmacy service easier to manage.
