How we support NHS patients
Our pharmacy supports patients, carers and families with practical day-to-day help for repeat prescriptions, medicine routines, new medicine support and general pharmacy queries.
Repeat Prescriptions
Patients can manage repeat prescriptions through our website or the BeWell app and nominate Care Pack Pharmacy for their pharmacy services. Once a prescription has been issued, our team can prepare medicines for supply and delivery where appropriate.

How to get started
1. Nominate or contact us
You can nominate Care Pack Pharmacy for your prescription support or contact our team if you are unsure what to do.
2. We review your request
Our pharmacy team will review your prescription needs and explain the next steps clearly.
3. We prepare your medicine
Once a valid prescription is received and clinically checked, we will prepare your medicine for supply.
4. We arrange delivery
We offer free prescription delivery and will advise on suitable delivery arrangement.
With organised repeat prescription support, local delivery arrangements where available, medication trays where appropriate and practical help when medicines are difficult to source, our team works to make your pharmacy service easier to manage.
